NPCC Guidance on Tactical Contact
Can anyone help me find the current version of this guidance aka how police can knock scrotes off the illegal motorbikes when authorised?
I'm seeing plenty of "Guidance was issued" stuff from some time ago, but I can't find the thing itself.

Although some information is in a 'tactics directory' that is not publicly accessible (makes sense, you don't want the scrotes to know all the things the police might consider doing!).

I'm after material to point out alternatives to "physical barriers on cycle paths" for ways in which ASB electric mopedists can be dealt with as a policing problem.
