Dave Brailsford, Shane Sutton, Sean Yates and other members of the Team Sky management answer questions on what they are aiming to do in year one, and how they are aiming to do it, plus will the team publish details of their internal drug testing regime, and has the manner of some signings soured relations with other teams.
While you're listening to Brailsford and co mapping out their plans why not familiarise yourself with the riders they'll be in charge of - we've got a gallery of the entire team of riders – Sky supplied loads of different types of shot of each so we've given you a selection, connoiseurs of this sort of thing should be sure to look out for Steve Cummins, Greg Henderson (scary) and Thomas Lofkvist (porn star).
